Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

  • Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market

  • Opened several offices in France and Europe

  • Raised over €1 billion in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions

  • Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award

  • Assembled a team of over +250 talents… and this is just the beginning !

💼 Your Mission

We are building the densest and most efficient fast-charging network in France, and everything starts with finding the best locations. Our Expansion team identifies and secures high-potential sites: shopping centers, parking facilities, major retail chains, business parks, retail parks, Greenfield... to deploy the charging stations of tomorrow.

As Senior Expansion Manager - Key Accounts, you are on the front line, driving our growth by acquiring new sites and building long-term partnerships with key players in commercial real estate across France.

👷 Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and negotiate real estate opportunities for the deployment of Electra charging stations across France, with a focus on key accounts: complex tenders, multiple stakeholders, and long decision-making cycles

  • Activate and nurture your network brokers, asset managers, real estate investment companies, developers, major retail chains, and parking operators. You know who to talk to and how to engage them.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to deal closing and partner onboarding.

  • Coordinate internally with technical, legal, and deployment teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Monitor the market anticipate trends, spot new opportunities (asset repositioning, new developments, regulatory changes), and identify potential risks.

💚 Your Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate: transactions, asset management, land development, or commercial real estate advisory.

  • Strong network within the French commercial real estate ecosystem (real estate investment companies, brokers, developers, institutional landlords), with the ability to leverage it quickly beyond the Paris region.

  • In-depth knowledge of the broker market (CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, independent players...) and commercial real estate transaction processes.

  • Proven track record in key account management and navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.

  • Results-driven and resilient, comfortable operating in a fast-growing and fast-moving environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; you know how to build trust and adapt your approach to different stakeholders (real estate directors, CFOs, C-suite...).

  • Strong analytical mindset: ability to read floor plans, assess site profitability criteria, and evaluate technical constraints.

  • Fluent French is required; professional English is a must.

⚡️ What Electra Offers You

  • A key role in a massive international rollout of Europe’s largest fast-charging network

  • Opportunities to grow across engineering, operations, and strategy

  • A collaborative and mission-driven environment

  • Real impact on the energy transition and the future of mobility

  • An attractive compensation package with fixed and variable components (evaluated and paid quarterly)

  • Brand-new offices in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris

  • 2 days of remote work per week

  • Alan health insurance (50% covered by Electra)

  • Meal vouchers via Swile card (€10/day, 50% covered by Electra)

  • 25 paid vacation days + 12 RTT (reduction of working time) days

  • SYNTEC collective agreement (including vacation bonus, additional leave for special occasions, etc.)

  • A quarterly company-wide event with the entire Electra team

  • Sustainable Mobility Package

  • Access to the company benefits platform (CSE) with numerous perks (culture, sports, etc.)

  • Access to a platform dedicated to mental health, supporting your well-being at work and beyond, including up to 4 sessions per year with certified practitioners, covered by Electra
