[What you will be working on]
Provide quality grant administration support
Review and assess grant applications according to established criteria and guidelines, ensuring close adherence to service standards
Respond professionally and promptly to stakeholder enquiries about grant requirements and application processes.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
Manage complex cases and escalations effectively, seeking guidance when needed.
Support digital transformation initiatives
Assist in digitalisation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and grant processing workflows.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems, providing feedback to ensure they meet operational requirements.
[What we are looking for]
Experience: 2- 4 years of experience; any prior experience in grant administration or operations would be beneficial. Familiarity with process transformation and building systems will be a bonus.
Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills. Abilities in problem solving and effective time management
Mindset: Detail-oriented, eager to learn and takes initiative, committed to delivering quality work with professionalism and uncompromised integrity.

The Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) is a technical agency in the Ministry of Defence that harnesses advanced digital technologies to meet Singapore’s security needs.
We develop capabilities to support missions such as cyber defence, counter terrorism, and counter hostile information operations. Our technical focus includes cybersecurity, data analytics, software engineering, and cloud infrastructure and services.
