• Create and manage dashboards and reports and publishes them within the prescribed frequency and timelines.
• Maintain databases and understands data visualization.
• Maintain employee performance scorecards.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure that data flows smoothly to ensure seamless support to our stakeholders.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to clean, analyze, and format data, as well as create customized reports.
• Possesses a solid working knowledge of the MS Power Platform and excels in creating dashboards using data storytelling techniques.
• Has experience with automation using VBA and SharePoint lists, and other relevant database structures
