
Job Purpose/Objective
To manage and streamline operations related to gate entry/exit, documentation, and weighbridge at the CFS, ensuring error-free system entries, timely reporting and seamless coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate data management and proactive support.
Key responsibilities
WH / Shift Operations:
Accountable for both Shift operation of Concern WH Assigned
Responsible for End to End Warehouse floor Operations in achieving 100% customer KPI s.
To ensure the smooth running of the allocated warehouse shift, ensuring appropriate resources (people, equipment) are available to meet planned activity levels.
Lead and supervise a Team Shift i/c’s ,DEO’s Checker/Pickers/MHE operators Associates in Inbound and Outbound Operations
Responsible for Inbound, Outbound, Picking, Put-away and daily stock count
Responsible for appropriate documentation in relation to movement of goods to and from the warehouse viz. GRNs, invoices, BOE, stock transfer notes, lorry receipts etc,
Responsible for effective resource planning, dock allocation and execution.
On time GRN/order Execution & Despatch of goods.
Good Product knowledge of relevant customers (ODC/ FMCG / FMCD, Chemical, MSDS compliance, Hazardous Cargo handling and etc)
Owing and tacking accountability of stock reconciliation, Inventory cycle counts & Monthly audits.
Effective coordination with floor operations team and vendors, follow -up and collect the data on time.
Coordinating with CRM / Regulatory/Transportation team real time to ensure the smooth inbound and out bound movement
Maintaining the smooth Relation with Customers handled / Unit Holders and CHA Biz Team for better operational results
Time to time escalation on Support requirements for Infra / IT /MHE/Engineering/HSE for smooth WH Operations
Training of WH Operation Team time to time on Operational Do’s and Don’t’s , HSE, Security ,5S, WH Hygiene and Documentation Maintenance .
