Job Description

Logistic Operations

  • Monitoring container inventory, balances, and utilization; planning the distribution of empty containers to meet demand; and managing "dwell time
  • Close coordination with all the nominated depots, customer service and sales team
  • Manage monthly reports to regional office

Transhipment

  • Oversee transshipment planning and execution

Operational Excellence and Data Analytics

  • Facilitate operational projects to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Use digital tools for tracking, reporting, and process automation
  • Analyse data to optimize workflows and support strategic decision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tech-driven initiatives

Core Competencies

Strong analytical skills for equipment forecasting, meticulous attention to detail for documentation, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments

Requirements

  • Job experience required in shipping and container shipping operations
  • Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle tight transshipment deadline
  • Minimum education entry level GCE ‘N’ & ‘0’ Levels
  • Computer literacy in Excel / Microsoft software/ tech savvy
  • Good communication skill and proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English
