
The Senior Executive, Transformation plays a key role in driving PTPs transformation agenda by leading the LEAN Academy, organization-wide LEAN initiatives, and continuous improvement programs. This position is responsible for developing LEAN capability, implementing standardized operating systems and performance frameworks, supporting transformation planning and reporting, and driving change management and communication to embed a strong continuous improvement culture aligned with PTP transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and execute end-to-end LEAN initiatives, campaigns, and Kaizen programs by identifying strategic improvement opportunities and ensuring alignment with the overall transformation roadmap.
Design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve the PTP Operating System (OS) and SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) frameworks, ensuring standardization and adoption across functions.
Support transformation planning, governance, monitoring, and reporting, including digitization of processes, performance analytics, dashboards, and data-driven insights for management decision-making.
Drive change management and communication strategies to promote transformation progress, celebrate LEAN successes, embed PTP core values, and foster a sustainable continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in LEAN, Continuous Improvement, or transformation-related roles, with proven experience in training delivery, curriculum design, certification management, and Kaizen facilitation.
Strong knowledge of LEAN methodologies; LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), PMP, or Certified Trainer (TTT) certification is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, transformation governance, performance reporting, data analytics, and use of digital tools such as Microsoft Power Platform and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and the local language (spoken and written).
