Position:
Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition
Core Responsibilities
1. Vendor Sourcing & Relationship Management
- Vendor Selection Identify and evaluate new IT staffing agencies or consultants specializing in contract hiring to maintain a robust talent supply chain.
- Relationship Building Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring vendors understand specific technology stack requirements and company culture.
- Performance Monitoring Track vendor metrics such as profile quality, turnaround time (TAT), and conversion ratios to ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Recruitment Process Management
- Profile Processing Review and shortlist candidate profiles from vendors for niche and generic IT roles (e.g., Developers, SMEs, Project Managers).
- Technical Coordination Collaborate with internal technical teams and business heads to align vendor submissions with project needs.
- Database Maintenance Maintain a live repository of vendors categorized by skill sets, location, and historical success rates.
3. Negotiation & Contract Administration
- Commercial Negotiation Negotiate billing rates, markups, and payment terms with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and budget adherence.
- Contract Lifecycle Draft and manage contractual documentation, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Legal Compliance Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure all vendor agreements and rate cards comply with company policies and local regulations.
4. Onboarding & Documentation
- Final Selection Lead the final administrative closure for selected resources, ensuring all background verification and compliance checks are complete.
- Smooth Integration Oversee the formal onboarding process, including system access provisioning and policy acknowledgements, to minimize operational disruption.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Experience 5+ years in IT staffing, vendor management, or contract hiring.
- Negotiation Proven ability to secure favourable rates and terms.
- Technical Literacy Basic understanding of IT technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud) to effectively vet vendor profiles.
Tools Proficiency in Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Excel for dashboard reporting.
