Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Executive TA Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting end-to-end recruitment operations while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role manages interview scheduling, preboarding process, ATS maintenance, stakeholder communication, onboarding coordination, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
Support confidential executive and leadership hiring processes with professionalism and discretion. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholder calendars.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruitment procedures.
Track executive hiring reports on hiring activity, agency spending, PO creation, and invoicing management
Coordinate onboarding activities with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
Train and mentor junior TA coordinators on recruitment processes and systems.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices to increase operational efficiency.
What we look for:
3 plus years of experience in recruiting coordination INCLUDING executive coordination supporting senior-level stakeholders (C-suite, VP, and Director-level roles).
1+ years of experience with managing Background checks and I-9 processes.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Demonstrate experience supporting high-volume and executive-level hiring with a track record of delivering white-glove service and holding a high bar for the candidate and stakeholders' experience.
Demonstrate experience with Applicant Tracking System (Workday), MS Office suite, and background check platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple active interview processes simultaneously without details falling through the cracks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable presence in all interactions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $74,200 - $135,800
–Zone B: $68,000 - $124,500
–Zone C: $61,800 - $113,100
