The role involves localizing, implementing, and sustaining a globally defined O2C Service Strategy across designated markets or business units. The incumbent focuses on strategic and operational planning, including capacity planning, order fulfilment, and resource allocation to meet business needs. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain processes.
