Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the implementation of supplier relationship management processes in line with procurement policies and guidelines.
  2. Manage supplier registration activities including documentation verification, compliance checks, and system onboarding.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier data within procurement systems in accordance with data governance standards.
  4. Assist in supplier segmentation based on spend, risk, and strategic importance to the business.
  5. Monitor supplier performance metrics and highlight performance gaps or operational issues to the Senior Manager SRM.
  6. Conduct due diligence and compliance checks during supplier onboarding and data management activities.
  7. Support resolution of supplier queries, operational issues, and disputes impacting procurement performance.
  8. Collaborate with category management and sourcing teams to address supplier performance and operational challenges.
  9. Provide insights and reports on supplier risks, performance trends, and compliance issues.
  10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supplier relationship management function

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management or vendor management is preferred.
  • Experience within a shared services procurement environment is an advantage.
