Senior Executive ‐ Sourcing & Supply Chain

(Based at Silueta, Biyagama)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Silueta team as a Senior Executive ‐ Sourcing & Supply Chains. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure raw materials are organized in line with planned requirements / manage stock levels to meet customer service requirements and minimum write-offs and ensure appropriate material allocation procedures are adhered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procure Raw material in the Right quantity, colour and article in order to ensure availability in accordance with the plan.
• Maintain customer related Raw material progress chart updates through Service excellence with regards to providing quality information of proper stock holding levels, in a timely and accurate manner to team and customer as and when requested.
• Participate in the supplier evaluation process, provide relevant information, data so as to identify / evaluate suppliers on performance.
• Perform the following duties so as to ensure smooth order management functions.
• Follow up new supplier development calendar to ensure achieving of target dates.
• Provide anticipated information to enhance the existing relationships with the suppliers.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Supply Chain or Related Field
• 4+ years’ Experience in Supply Chain and Sourcing
• High Literacy of MS Office Package
• Previous Experience in Apparel Supply and Sourcing Function.
