We are looking for a Senior Executive - SCM

You’ll make a difference by:

SCM Functions:

  • Demand & Supply Balancing: Ensuring enough stock to meet customer needs without overstocking.
  • Inventory Management: Optimizing stock levels, reducing holding costs, and preventing stockouts.
  • Coordination: Liaising with procurement, production, logistics.
  • Forecasting: Using data to predict future demand.
  • Process Improvement: Driving efficiency in planning and delivery.
  • Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for achieving projects delivery milestone.
  • Communications and coordination within the global project team, departments, project managers and stakeholders within the business unit related to global Project Logistics and SCM activities.

Project Logistics function:

  • Project Import Registration & Project Reconciliation, Project Closer in customs different undergoing metro project.
  • Develop Project Logistics Plan, Procedures, and estimates.
  • Managing CCR related activity in getting different types of licenses required for importing as and when required.
  • Coordinate transportation for normal loads, special oversized loads, hazardous and Complex international shipments by all modes of transportation.
  • Ensures compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations related to logistics and delivery.
  • Project warehouse management.
  • Managing the repair cycle for the faulty items.
  • Coordinate between various internal teams, i.e., Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, Project Management & warehouse for respective inputs.
  • Ensure timely flow of Information required for arranging the delivery.
