About the Role

The Senior Executive, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of sales force effectiveness initiatives that drive sales growth and productivity across DKSH's Consumer Goods business in Malaysia. This role contributes directly to the Sales and Marketing Excellence function by strengthening sales capabilities, optimizing tools and systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making across sales teams.

What You Will Deliver

• Support the management of day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets to ensure efficient and responsible use of resources
• Gather, compile, and organize Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) diagnostic data to support needs analysis and identify capability gaps across the sales force
• Execute SFE plans and initiatives that drive measurable improvements in sales growth and field force productivity
• Support the implementation of processes, tools, and systems including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and field force management platforms to enhance and sustain sales activities
• Maintain and regularly update customer databases, identifying and resolving data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and reliability
• Prepare materials to support training needs analysis, and coordinate and track training programs to build sales excellence and sustain productivity improvements
• Guide sales team users on the functionality of reporting platforms and support the generation of sales information and reports that enable informed decision-making
• Execute continuous improvement activities across the SFE framework, including plans, training, processes, tools, systems, and reporting to effectively elevate sales team performance
• Collaborate with sales teams and external vendors to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of SFE plans and initiatives
• Drive continuous self-development in Sales Force Effectiveness practices and DKSH values to enhance personal and professional performance
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Sales Force Effectiveness or sales support role
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors, and customers
• Sound knowledge of general sales principles with strong familiarity with the sales environment
• Advanced research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
