
Responsible for overseeing mall decorative design and defining creative direction across VM, pop-up installations, rest areas, and common spaces to enhance overall customer experience.
Create story design concept for seasonal decoration and mall decorative ambience.
Oversee all production implementation (material sample, mock up)
Quality control and factory visit.
Installation and handover to property
Responsible for visually presenting new look and trends through VM ambience points.
Support in reviewing layout and customer journey experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications or related field.
2-5 years of experience in spatial design, experiential design, retail design, or exhibition environments.
Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into immersive physical spaces.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of materials, lighting, and spatial composition.
Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical detailing, and production processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and on-site execution.
Strong communication and presentation skills (both concept and technical explanation).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, contractors, vendors).
Experience in project coordination and site supervision is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt design solutions under constraints.
