Within the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA CoE), the Senior Executive Recruitment & Global Talent Sourcing Lead leads the design and implementation of global executive recruitment campaigns and global direct sourcing strategies, ensuring the attraction, engagement and hiring of targeted talents in line with ST’s overall Talent Acquisition framework.

You will be both a strategic advisor and change agent, driving the worldwide transformation of the executive hiring and delivering an effective and User Experience (Ux) focused talent sourcing model. As a key member of the TA CoE, you will take an active role in building best‑in‑class search methodologies and talent pipelines and ensure a robust preferred partner frameworks to secure volume, critical and/or scarce profiles across the organisation.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape global standards, influence senior stakeholders and elevate sourcing excellence, while further developing advanced skills in stakeholder management, strategic consulting, communication and leadership within a complex, international environment.

Preferred location will be at an existing ST office. Ideally in France or Italy to manage global time zones.

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Executive Recruitment & Global Talent Sourcing Leads the operational delivery of a central executive recruitment function and direct sourcing capability for STMicroelectronics.

The role ensures:

  • Attraction and hiring of top‑tier executive and senior talent worldwide.
  • A high‑quality, confidential and seamless candidate journey from first contact to offer.
  • A white‑glove service to Hiring Managers, delivering advisory and subject‑matter expertise.
  • Effective management of external recruitment vendors and online platforms, supporting data‑driven, modern sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Executive Recruitment Delivery
    • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Senior Exec roles and key global roles (brief, search, assessment, offer).
    • Ensure excellent candidate and Hiring Manager experience, with strong communication and feedback.
  2. Global Sourcing Strategy & Capability Building
    • Design and implement sourcing strategies, tools and methodologies for executive talent and critical niche roles.
    • Build and maintain global talent pools/pipelines and develop best in class internal sourcing capabilities.
  3. Process, Tools & ATS/CRM
    • Ensure simplicity and efficiency of confidential workflows and CRM capabilities in the ATS for relevant requisition types.
    • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and compliance across all executive recruitment campaigns and processes.
  4. TA Preferred Vendor Management
    • Lead relationships with search firms and external recruitment providers.
    • Define and run a global TA preferred vendor engagement model, manage and maintain SOPs, and preferred supplier portfolio in partnership with GPO.
    • With the GPO, define KPIs and dashboards to monitor vendor performance and ROI.
  5. LinkedIn & Market Intelligence
    • Global ownership for LinkedIn Recruiter Licenses & Talent Insights (contracts, usage, best practices, recruiter usage metrics and overall cost/ROI reporting).
    • Provide framework and best practice templates for delivery of market and talent mapping insights to business & HR stakeholders.
  6. Stakeholder Management & Training
    • Partner with senior business leaders, HR and local TA teams to align on needs and priorities.
    • Coordinate HR and Hiring Manager training on interviewing and selection.

Skills & Competencies Required

Functional / Technical

  • Strong proven expertise in executive recruitment and direct sourcing (ideally in a global, matrixed environment).
  • Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end senior hiring processes with high confidentiality.
  • Relevant certifications in assessment and selection of talent using approved tools and psychometric instruments.
  • Solid vendor management and engagement skills, incl. selection, negotiation, performance management, KPI tracking.
  • Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to design and optimize recruitment processes, workflows and Service Level Agreements.
  • Strong data orientation: able to interpret metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, pipeline health, vendor KPIs).

  • Resilience, adaptability and ability to work across cultures and geographies.

Background & Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Professional Experience:
    • Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in Talent Acquisition, with substantial executive / senior recruitment exposure.
    • Experience in a global or regional scope within a large, complex and matrixed organization.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing search firms and recruitment vendors.
    • Hands‑on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools; experience in implementing or enhancing ATS/CRM is a strong plus.
  • Languages:
    • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
