The Role
We are looking for an Senior Executive Recruiter to support our client's partners on full life cycle recruitment for top technology companies across the US. You will be involved from start to finish—from defining search strategies to interviewing candidates and collaborating with founders and CEOs.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in evaluating LinkedIn profiles and can effectively direct research teams to identify top-tier talent.
End-to-End Support: Work closely with the founder to manage the recruitment process, including profile evaluation, communication management, and candidate screening.
Sourcing Strategy: Collaborate with partners to create sourcing strategies and company lists to effectively map the market.
Team Leadership: Direct the research team to calibrate searches, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
Strategic Engagement: Participate in weekly strategy sessions and meetings with hiring managers.
Content Creation: Craft personalized outreach emails and collaborate on job descriptions and company decks.
Strategic Agility: Proactively recommend changes in strategy when tactics prove ineffective and maintain the flexibility to manage evolving day-to-day priorities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Ideally 4+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience from a top tech company, agency, or search firm. Knowledge of the startup/VC world is essential.
Execution: Proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent.
Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to draft complex messages and job descriptions.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Presence: Confidence, polish, and executive presence.
Proactivity: A self-starter who takes initiative to address potential hurdles before they arise.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
Location: Fully remote, but must be able to overlap with US East Coast working hours.
Work Ethic & Attitude: A "no task is beneath me" mentality. We need someone with a customer service attitude who is willing to dive into the gritty work to achieve long-term success.
Resourcefulness: An out-of-the-box thinker who can anticipate challenges and pivot quickly when facing roadblocks.
Persuasion: The ability to sell, persuade, and communicate excellently both verbally and in writing.
