
Sr. Executive – Domestic Operations - Rail & Inland Terminals

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor rake movements and operational activities closely to ensure smooth and efficient functioning for both container and SFTO Operations.
• Coordinate with the IR serving station and plant teams for timely placement, release, loading, and departure of rakes.
• Supervise rake operations across the entire division to maintain operational accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Maintain close coordination with customers to ensure timely indenting, loading, forwarding, and unloading of rakes.
• Liaise effectively with other divisions and departmental teams to support seamless and uninterrupted train operations.
• Work collaboratively with the Railway Mechanical team at Bondamunda for timely rake examination and ensure all relevant documentation is properly maintained.
• Maintain an updated and accurate record of all detached wagons.
• Maintain complete records of container inventory, gate-in/gate-out movements, and document tracking such as LR copies, weighment slips, e-way bills, and invoices.
• Ensure timely completion of operational and commercial activities for rake arrival and dispatches in FOIS.
• Prepare Railway Receipts (RRs) accurately and ensure their timely submission to the corporate office.
• Track all wagons stationed at Bondamunda, ensuring proper alignment, readiness, and integrity with the mother rake.
• Provide daily reports to headquarters covering rake operations, mechanical condition, and overall commercial performance
Education
Graduate or equivalent from a reputed University.
Experience
Minimum 4 years proven experience in Rail and PFT.
Technical skills
Good knowledge on the Rail operations, Railways norms and trade practices. Strong interpersonal skills and communication with Indian Railways.
