Job Description

Ticketing & Reservations Expertise Proficient in handling flight bookings, reissues, refunds, and exchanges in line with airline fare rules and policies.

  • GDS Knowledge Hands-on experience with systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Voice/Call Handling Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to manage inbound/outbound calls professionally and empathetically.
  • Customer Service Orientation Ability to handle difficult situations, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Fare Rules Interpretation Good understanding of airline tariffs, penalties, and ticket restrictions.
  • Attention to Detail Ensuring accuracy in bookings, passenger details, and itinerary management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills Ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
  • Time Management Efficient handling of multiple bookings and queries within SLA timelines.
  • Active Listening Ability to understand customer requirements clearly and avoid miscommunication.
  • Sales & Upselling (Optional) Ability to promote additional services such as seat selection, meals, or travel insurance

Graduate in any stream Minimum of 6 months of quality experience within / outside EXL (QCA)
