Job Description

Preparation and Review of APQR, Document Management, and Retention Sample Management. Audit Management, QMS Handling Deviation, Change Control, Investigations.

• To prepare/Review the Annual Product Review (APR) as per the schedule planner.
• Issuance & handling of logbooks for all quality management systems.
• Management of all master documents in manual and electronic format of all the departments.
• Support in internal and external audits of the facility, including compliance.
• Handling of QMS activities and support in investigation, like incident, deviation, change control, etc.
• Management of temperature monitoring data loggers in the control sample and document room.
• Destruction of Control Sample, Batch Records, Logbooks, and other GMP Records as per Schedule.
• Management of Control Sample and Document Room.
