Job Profile

• Coordinate and manage digital transformation and system implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders and proactively resolve project issues, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Gather, analyze, document, and track business and operational requirements from various departments.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate UAT, system testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and implementation records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and digital innovation.
• Provide hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle to drive successful implementation and user adoption.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in financial services or digital transformation.
• Professional certifications in CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and system implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Good understanding of business processes, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
