1. Governance & Compliance

  1. Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards
  2. Support audits, compliance checks, and risk governance activities
  3. Maintain consistency across accounts through standardized PMO practices

2. Portfolio & Project Reporting

  1. Prepare and consolidate portfolio-level dashboards and reports (weekly/monthly)
  2. Track key metrics: schedule, cost, risks, dependencies, and benefits
  3. Provide insights and highlight risks, issues, and exceptions

3. Financial Management

  1. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking (Capex/Opex)
  2. Monitor revenue, margin, and effort tracking (including timesheets/OTL)
  3. Assist in financial governance and variance analysis

4. Resource & Demand Management

  1. Track resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning
  2. Support demand forecasting and onboarding/offboarding processes
  3. Ensure alignment between demand and supply across accounts

5. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

  1. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  2. Ensure timely escalation and resolution tracking
  3. Support proactive risk mitigation strategies

6. Tools & Automation

  1. Leverage tools such as MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and MS365 Copilot-based solutions
  2. Drive automation and continuous improvement in PMO processes
  3. Support adoption of digital solutions and reporting enhancements

7. Stakeholder Management

  1. Engage with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Portfolio Leads, and Clients (UK region)
  2. Act as a trusted PMO partner, ensuring transparency and alignment
  3. Support governance forums, reviews, and leadership reporting

8. Continuous Improvement

  1. Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize PMO services (80:20 model)
  2. Contribute to knowledge management and best practice sharing
  3. Support transition of PMO activities into the Shared PMO model

Total Experience Expected: 03-07 years

Qualifications

  1. Graduate or Master's with 6-9 years of total experience
  2. Strong understanding of PMO frameworks and project lifecycle
  3. Expertise in reporting, data analysis, and governance
  4. Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI, and MS Office tools, and MS365 Copilot with other AI Tools
  5. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  7. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  8. Understanding of Prince2, P3O, Scrum or ITIL concepts.

Should be open to work in UK and CET time zones and extend shifts.
