Senior Executive- Packaging DevelopmentThe incumbent will be responsible for obtaining the best and cost effective packaging for existing and new products. Observing, analyzing and research market trends in beauty and cosmetic packaging and implement it for PCH product portfolio

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• Responsible to Design , Develop and Run the pack and the packaging line
  • Responsible for obtaining the best, cost effective packaging for existing and new products
  • Identifying new vendors and designs for differentiated packaging
  • Creating new package design as per current and upcoming market requirements.
  • Catering to the packaging needs of marketing team & providing them with right samples/ packaging at the right cost.
  • Coordinating with cross functional team and ensuring the delivery of packing material by the pre agreed timelines.
  • Re-engineering or redesign of packaging for existing products.
  • Responsible in ensuring the new design/packing line runs without error.
  • Conducting all packaging material validations (Factory trial/Transit trial/) and testing prior to qualifying for commercial production.
  • Coordination with R&D for stability trial & packaging material evaluation during course of stability.
  • Conduct all packaging lab related testing for packaging material and ensure proper documentation for the same.
  • Driving cost saving projects related to packaging material end to end.
  • Responsible for defining technical specifications required on packaging and creation & approval of pack mat specifications/documentation.
  • Responsible to deliver project timelines for task that involve packaging and ability to work in micro soft project environment
  • Identifying, evaluating & implementing new trends & technologies in packaging; ensuring value addition & continuous improvement of existing package.
  • Developing artworks for the packing material in line with Marketing requirements and responsible for final printing
