Job Description

Role Purpose

The role will be responsible for liaising, coordinating, and facilitating communication on all matters related to the Owners Committee's governance, activities, and management of Mollak services Gateway.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Rapporteur

  • Attend all Owners Committee meetings and ensure compliance with RERA guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Owners Committee and management.
  • Schedule meetings in Mollak, coordinate stakeholder attendance, and prepare agendas.
  • Deliver training sessions to Owners Committee members and internal staff on RERA regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports and minutes of Owners Committee meetings.
  • Uphold meeting decorum and ensure adherence to the signed Code of Conduct.
  • Implement corrective actions in accordance with RERA guidelines for any breaches of ethics by the Owners Committee.

Mollak Services Gateway Management

  • Monitor and ensure timely resolution of requests within the Mollak Services Gateway.
  • Collaborate with RERA and internal stakeholders to compile reports and provide updates on escalated cases.
  • Coordinate with the Owners Committee when cases are assigned to them as part of the escalation process.

Knowledge & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field (community management, property management, customer service).
 Knowledge of RERA regulations and Owners Committee governance.
 Proficiency in Mollak Services Gateway operations and case management.
 Ability to prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and governance reports.
 Experience in stakeholder coordination and issue escalation.
