
Role Purpose
The role will be responsible for liaising, coordinating, and facilitating communication on all matters related to the Owners Committee's governance, activities, and management of Mollak services Gateway.

Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field (community management, property management, customer service).
Knowledge of RERA regulations and Owners Committee governance.
Proficiency in Mollak Services Gateway operations and case management.
Ability to prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and governance reports.
Experience in stakeholder coordination and issue escalation.
