Job Responsibilities
Coordinate inspection schedules and liaise with licensees on inspection preparations.
Schedule team meetings, send out meeting invitations, and collate meeting materials.
Provide administrative support for secretariat duties related to expert committees.
Assist with data collation to support workload tracking, performance monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives.
Support the administrative process of refining checklists and facilitating their integration into the system.
Perform data reconciliation and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
At least an A-Level or Diploma qualification
Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Good organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (Apr 26 to Mar 27)
42 hours per week
