CLINICAL DIVISION

Senior Executive Officer / Executive Officer (25260589)

Project introduction:

Following the establishment of the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong (CMHHK) in December 2025, this large‑scale project aims to further develop and implement standardised Integrated Chinese–Western Medicine (ICWM) Treatment Pathways for major chronic diseases. The project includes SOP enhancement, evidence appraisal, multidisciplinary expert collaboration, pilot testing, pathway implementation, and continuous updating.

The appointee will play a key role in providing administrative, coordination, and documentation support for pathway development, expert engagement, evaluation activities, and cross‑team communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and logistical support for project implementation across clinical, research, and administrative units in the newly established hospital;
  • Coordinating meetings, training sessions, pilot study logistics, and stakeholder engagement activities;
  • Assisting in preparing and maintaining documentation, including SOP drafts, minutes, evidence summaries, training materials, and evaluation reports;
  • Supporting the organisation and record‑keeping of different working groups;
  • Assisting in procurement processes, budgeting support, and audit preparation;
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including experts, clinical teams, and partner institutions;
  • Supporting monitoring and reporting activities throughout the implementation and updating phases; and
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A recognised university degree in any discipline; experience in administration or project coordination is preferred;
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, ideally in healthcare, education, or research settings;
  • Work experience in clinical pathway development is highly desirable;
  • Knowledge of Chinese medicine is an advantage;
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a newly established hospital setting with evolving workflows;
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency in office software;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua; and
  • Experience supporting large‑scale projects, training logistics, or clinical documentation is an advantage.

Working location: The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong, Tseung Kwan O

The appointee will be required to work on weekends and/ or public holidays.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive Officer.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a written test and an interview.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
