Job Description

He/she will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from order receipt to cash collection. This includes order management, billing, invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution, ensuring accurate and timely revenue realization and strong customer relationships.

  • Process and validate customer orders in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Manage order fulfillment, including coordination with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams
  • Generate and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Perform cash application and reconciliation of customer payments
  • Handle customer queries related to billing, payments, and account status
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and credit limits
  • Support credit risk assessments and credit control processes
  • Prepare aging reports and provide insights on collections performance
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
