The Senior Executive - Mould Shop will be a key figure, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency and quality of our injection moulding operations. Your leadership will ensure a productive and safe work environment, contributing to our overall excellence. • Manage and direct the Mould Shop's daily operations, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Optimize injection moulding processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Program and troubleshoot robots, ensuring their reliability and performance.
• Implement Industry 4.0 technologies and AI vision systems for process automation and quality control.
• Plan and schedule production, allocating resources to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance on moulds and machines, ensuring their longevity and optimal performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate moulding processes into the production flow.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering or a related field, with CIPET qualification preferred.
• 3-10 years of experience in injection moulding, with a proven record of process optimization and quality management.
• Proficiency in handling Arburg, Engel, Fanuc, and Shibaura machines is essential.
• Expertise in robot programming and troubleshooting is a key requirement.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 systems and AI vision technology is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team towards shared goals.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and mentoring.
• Familiarity with IMD processes is preferred, along with adaptability to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing production needs.
