Job Title
Senior Executive-MechanicalEngineering documentation (Mechanical)
1. Responsible for Equipment qualification of New /Existing Equipment.
2. New Equipment ID number allotting.
3. Preparation /Revision of E&M SOP’s.
4. Change control, Deviation processing.
5. HVAC Validation protocols, Schedules, report preparation.
6. Preparation of Schedules as per E&M SOP’s.
7. Keeping track all equipment manuals, qualification and drawings.
8. Pressure vessels and lifting tackles periodic Testing coordination.
9. Coordinating quality and safety audits.
10. Documentation of work order as prescribed.
11. Verification and measurement certification of vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation.
12. Ensuring completion of breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.
13. Imparts SHE training to operators, helpers and contract worker.
14. Report any incident /accident/near miss/illness to the supervisors.
15. Responsible for entire E&M function as second line & act as HOD in the absence of HOD.
16. Executing the jobs assigned by HOD (E&M).
17. Participating in the internal Audits, customer & Regulatory Audits as per the schedule circulated by QA & EHS.
18. Review & Revise Engineering sop’s as per current practices.
19. Also responsible for the work of senior in absence of senior.
20. Update the history records.
