As Senior Executive of Marketing, you will own the market activation engine that keeps Teleport connected and visible in China. Your focus will be on industry associations and ecosystem relationships, offline exhibitions and events, owned social media channels, and marketing operations — ensuring every initiative is planned, executed, and delivered effectively.
This is a marketing project management role at its core, designed for an organiser and relationship-builder who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. You will work closely with industry partners, media, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience through the right channel — on time, within budget, and in compliance with company processes.
You will be the person who makes marketing activities happen: exhibitions that run smoothly, channels that publish consistently, partnerships that create visibility, and operational processes that allow the team to scale.
No two days are the same. One day you're coordinating a booth build for an air cargo expo — vendor quotes, budget approvals, logistics — while confirming media attendance for the briefing session. The next, you're updating the social content calendar for WeChat and Rednote, reviewing last week's channel performance, distributing a press release to your media contacts, and reconciling vendor payments with finance. You keep many plates spinning without dropping the paperwork.
Media Distribution & Coordination Build and maintain media contact databases across China and Hong Kong. Distribute press releases and media materials, coordinate journalist attendance at events, and manage distribution channels with a compliance-first approach.
Offline Events — Exhibitions, Expos & Media Briefings Plan and execute Teleport's presence at industry exhibitions and media events end-to-end: vendor coordination, budget management, logistics, media invitations, and post-event follow-up.
Association & Industry Partner Relations Manage Teleport's memberships in industry associations and relationships with ecosystem partners and technology vendors. Turn memberships or partnership into visibility — speaking opportunities, co-branded activities, and industry presence in China's air cargo and cross-border eCommerce community.
Social Media Channel Management Own the content calendar and performance tracking for Teleport China's WeChat and Rednote accounts — ensuring consistent cadence, the right content mix, and healthy channel growth.
Marketing Operations Own the vendor lifecycle — sourcing, onboarding, contracts, and performance tracking. Run procurement and payment workflows in line with finance requirements, and keep documentation standards high so the team runs on systems, that ensure better collabs and alignment with regional team.
