The officer will drive stakeholder engagement and partnership development for the cluster across the Islamic religious sector, government agencies, and private sector partners. The role focuses on securing institutional commitments and translating ground-level insights into workforce development initiatives that serve the Muslim community landscape.

Tertiary education in any discipline, preferably in Business, Communications, Sociology or Public Policy.
At least 3–5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, or community relations.
Prior experience with the Islamic religious sector or Muslim community organisations is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills across religious, government, and industry audiences.
Business acumen with the ability to identify, assess, and structure strategic partnerships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise consultation insights into actionable recommendations.
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities concurrently.
A self-starter who works well both independently and collaboratively.
Successful candidate will be appointed on a contract basis.
