Job Description

Senior Executive, Logistics

Senior Executive, Logistics responsible for end-to-end 3PL operations performance monitoring, claims management, and billing/invoice validation and payment governance The role ensures accurate parcel visibility and system status integrity, drives timely resolution of operational exceptions and claim incidents, and delivers cost control through strong invoice/claims processes and KPI management Partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and support cross-functional logistics projects that improve service performance and deliver savings.

Responsibilities

Operations / Performance Monitoring

  • Daily monitor parcel locations and 3PL performance to ensure visibility and SLA adherence.
  • Update systems with accurate, timely parcel status movements, ensuring data integrity for reporting and investigations.
  • Coordinate with 3PLs and internal teams on problematic parcels and operational issues, managing escalations through closure.
  • Analyze patterns and trends in delivery/returns performance, identifying recurring issues and gaps.
  • Recommend and drive improvements for performance monitoring, handovers, deliveries, and returns.
  • Support execution of internal and external performance improvement projects, ensuring actions are implemented and tracked.

Claims Management

  • Own end-to-end 3PL claims management, including filing, investigation, validation, resolution, and closure.
  • Review claim incidents and provide resolutions, including root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Develop and continuously improve claims SOPs/policies, ensuring consistent handling and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (3PLs, warehouse/operations, finance, customer service, regional teams) to resolve claims efficiently.

Billing / Invoice & Payment Management

  • Manage end-to-end 3PL invoice validation and payment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Develop and improve SOPs/policies for invoice validation and payment controls, reducing billing errors and leakage.
  • Track and report billing-related KPIs, such as invoice timeliness, accuracy, absorption, and savings.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement / Projects

  • Run logistics analyses (cost/benefit, cost optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasting, feasibility) to support decisions and improvements.
  • Identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve cost, service performance, and process efficiency.
  • Lead and support logistics projects, coordinating cross-functionally with internal/external and local/international stakeholders.

Systems & Configuration

  • Maintain logistics-related system settings/configuration, ensuring processes and status flows are correctly set up and controlled.

Requirements

  • Preferably 2-3 years experience in logistics operations
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must excel at multitasking and pay great attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Dynamic and proactive, with a high level of passion to learn new things and adapt to a challenging task
