Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to support long-term leasing partnerships and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Handle lease documentation and administration matters, including new leases, renewals, expiries, and related follow-ups.
• Monitor and assess tenant sales performance and provide input on strategies to improve tenant mix and occupancy quality.
• Recommend and evaluate potential brands or retailers to enhance the malls tenant profile and positioning.
• Negotiate commercial terms with potential tenants in a professional manner that aligns with the malls leasing strategy.
• Take on additional responsibilities or special assignments as delegated by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of experience in a retail leasing role.
• Sound knowledge of leasing processes, retail property operations, and tenancy laws.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple leasing activities independently.
