Job Responsibilities

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive, Human Resources to join Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 17 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

Job Role

• Ensuring the EPF/ETF and other legal requirements are carried out for employees.
• Ensuring all personal files are always updated and current.
• Ensure 100% accuracy on monthly salary details sent to Shared Services by carrying out pre/post salary reconciliations.
• Ensure that all HR information on the systems is accurate and up to date in CH&R
• Assist shared services/ SGIT on trouble shooting and new developments, ensure proper authorizations are given to the new recruits as per authorization matrix.
• Audit HIVE and SAP system regularly to ensure it is updated and information is up to date.
• Assist the hotels in trouble shooting and resolving all SAP/ESS related issues.
• HIVE and SAP Data cleansing for all SL Resorts / CHML to be done in consultation with Shared Services
• Ensure all new recruits are hired to the system on time and IT facilities are provided as per the requirement and update payroll accordingly.
• Ensure HIVE, IDM and SAP systems are regularly updated, and information is up to date.
• Ensure leave quotas are uploaded to the system on time and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Ensure all salary revisions are updated on the system and maintain 100% accuracy.
• Assist and provide accurate information to Accounts department for Payroll purposes.

Person Specifications

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with HRIS, SAP, ERP systems, and other HR technology platforms.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related HR function.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
