Objective:
Responsible for supporting the effective administration and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms and employee data management processes. The position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of HR systems while providing operational support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, the role contributes to system enhancements, reporting capabilities, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibility:
1. HR Technology & Systems Management
Serve as the primary administrator for HR technology platforms, ensuring optimal system performance, data integrity, and
compliance with organizational standards.
Manage employee data, organizational structures, workflows, security roles, and system configurations within the HRMS.
Oversee system updates, enhancements, testing activities, and issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted HR operations.
2. Employee Lifecycle & Process Optimization
Manage HR system transactions and workflows across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions,
organizational changes, and separations.
Ensure all employee records and HR transactions are processed accurately and within defined service level agreements.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement system-driven improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and user
experience.
Support compliance with internal policies, documentation standards, and HR governance requirements.
3. HR Analytics, Reporting & Data Governance
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics to support talent management, workforce planning,
and business decision-making.
Monitor data quality and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of employee information.
Generate actionable insights from HR data to support leadership discussions on workforce trends, retention, and
organizational effectiveness.
Establish reporting standards and contribute to the development of data-driven HR practices.
4. Stakeholder Support & Continuous Improvement
Serve as the key point of contact for HRMS-related queries and provide timely resolution within agreed service levels.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to support system enhancements, process improvements, and
integration initiatives.
Participate in HR technology projects, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives and recommend solutions that improve
operational efficiency and employee experience.
