Job Description

Client Background

Our client is a leading property development company focused on
creating sustainable and green living spaces, particularly in the East
Coast region. With over 30 years of expertise in construction and
property development, they have successfully managed more than 1,200
property units.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Oversee payroll, benefits, HR documentation, and develop training programs for employee growth.
  • Maintain full accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage budgeting and forecasting. Oversee tax compliance, SST, audits, cash flow, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries while improving internal controls and financial efficiency. Support management with financial strategy and decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or HR.
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in property development or corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Proficient in accounting software (SQL, Autocount, Xero) and HR systems.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multi-functional roles
