
Recruitment:
• Getting hiring information of all vacancies for North office
• Negotiating with Heads of department/ manager about recruiting requirement & deadline
• Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles.
• Conducting the first interview with candidates
• Arranging interview between candidates and line managers
• Sending feedback to all candidates
• Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate
• Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Writing and managing external recruitment advertising, ensuring that all information posted on time and within budget
• Sourcing and negotiating with recruitment agencies to find the best partners for recruiting services
• Ensuring staff requisitions are signed off for all vacancies prior to starting the recruitment process
• Pre-boarding & onboarding process on HR system, including create employee account and announce to all related PICs, welcome new hire, prepare welcome package
• Maintaining meticulous tracking records of recruitment progress, especially for foreign candidates from Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese nationals
• Demonstrating enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to learn and apply new HR technologies for more efficient recruitment and onboarding workflows.
• Other duties as assigned by Line Manger
Employee Engagement:
• Conducting employee engagement yearly events to create a meaning and interesting activities for FBVN staffs
• Finding out employee’s needs & their expectation in order to create more engagement program for company
• Making good relationship with employees to get their feedback and support them to solve problems
• In charge of doing annual FUJIFILM employee engagement survey
• Other tasks cooperate with Trade Union
Compliance
• Collaborate with HR team in HQ to ensure compliance for HR operation for Hanoi office by supporting for labour report submisision if required
• Support expat to arrange accomodation rental
• In charge for all docs required for foreign employees working in Vietnam, including but not limited to work permit, TRC, confirmation for temporary residence…
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, with proven success in recruiting foreign nationals from Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese backgrounds
• Strong enthusiasm, sensitivity to cultural differences, and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning
• Advanced level of English skills, both written and spoken
• Good team player, willing to assist and collaborate with colleagues when required
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and design platforms
• Demonstrated desire and ability to learn and apply new technologies, especially HR management systems, to improve recruitment and operational efficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to candidate and employee needs
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and methodical work habits
• Experience working under pressure and delivering results in a fast-paced, multinational company environment is preferred.
