Key purpose of the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for executing embellishment development initiatives for the assigned customer categories. They coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers for sample development in line with the T&A and other assigned initiatives, including supplier development and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding new trends in the embellishment, create new ideas and develop with embellishment plants at right price
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal stake holders, including critical path management for development, customer presentation and approvals
• Prepare documentation and reporting for functional initiatives, including execution of assigned improvement projects

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing or Clothing Technology or any other relevant stream

Experience

Minimum three years of relevant experience in plant-level embellishment and costing.

Strong customer relationship management and commercial skills.

Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and CAD.

Strong innovation skills with knowledge of garment construction, sewing and pattern-making
