JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts to support decision-making.
• Monitor revenue and expenditure to ensure financial accuracy.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and processes.
• Support budgeting and corporate planning activities.
• Manage tax computations and statutory compliance.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and validate project costing.
• Provide insights into cost control, pricing, and cash flow management.
• Oversee credit control and debt collection processes.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Review and approve payments and petty cash transactions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field or Part-qualified in CIMA / ACCA / ACA with 2+ years’ experience.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.

• Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems.

• Understanding of taxation, audits, and financial controls.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Prior team supervision experience preferred.

• Industry exposure (transport/logistics) is an advantage.
