Role Purpose Statement

• Analysing the business performance including profitability, pricing, cost of goods sold and controlling of expenses

Main Accountabilities

• Monthly Financial Closing
• Preparation of Plant MIS
• Invoice processing
• Preparation of Business Plan and Forecast
• Ensuring Internal Controls as per SOX
• Standard Costing
• FG Price Analysis after confirmation of Production update
• Monthly Physical count of Inventory and correction in SAP
• Review of Capex Orders
• GRIR Review.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Plan V/s Actual of budget – 100% adherence.
• 0 Nc in statuary audit
• Safety Norms – No LTI
• Ensure 100% food safety
• On time costing / MIS data of production.

Knowledge andTechnical Competencies

• Basic knowledge of utilities, Stores operations, logistics & Budget control
• SAP, Ms. Office

• Analytical Skills ,
• Communication Skills

• Positive Attitude

Education/Experience

• Qualification - Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance
• Work Experience - 1-2 Years
• Skill – Knowledge of SAP & MS Office skills
