Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle partial of Accounts Receivable (AR) and full General Ledger (GL) functions.
  • Preparation of management reports and financial statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, GST reconciliations, audit schedule reconciliations, monthly provisions and accruals journals.
  • Post general ledger journals, monthly provisions and accruals journals for the monthly closing process.
  • Generate AR aging reports and SOAs
  • Work with the team to follow up on the outstanding due from corporate clients/customers.
  • Support AR executive in handling receipts
  • Assist Finance Manager with the submission of GST returns.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary on all statutory requirements.
  • Respond to enquiries and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
  • Handle admin duties.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • 3 years of working experience in finance functions
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, finance or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in healthcare or clinic settings will be an added advantage.
