Job Description

As a Senior Executive/Executive in Community Engagement (Fundraising), you will design, plan, and implement campaigns to support fundraising objectives. This role demands excellent communication skills, initiative, creativity, and numerical aptitude, along with proficiency in CRM systems and a strong service-oriented approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

a. Fundraising Campaigns (Mass Giving)

Plan, coordinate, and implement fundraising and sponsorship campaigns to meet established targets.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, as well as DPH supporters and volunteers, to ensure smooth and effective execution of all initiatives

b. Donor & Sponsor Management and Engagement

Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with DPH’s donors, sponsors, and external partners.

Assist in researching, identifying, cultivating, engaging, and stewarding both new and existing donors, sponsors, and collaborative partners.

c. Donation Processing & Data Management

Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of all donations received through multiple channels.

Regularly maintain and update donor databases and website content to uphold data accuracy and transparency.

d. Fundraising Administration

Provide secretariat support for fundraising committees, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-ups.

Manage all aspects of donor communication upon receiving donation to donor appreciation, including the preparation and distribution of thank-you letters, acknowledgments, and other related communications.

Qualification & Requirements

· Diploma or degree in a relevant field

· 1 to 2 years of experience in fundraising or community engagement; candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Executive role

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team

· Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and email marketing tools

· Demonstrates a strong sense of compassion and interest in healthcare or social services
