Position: Senior Executive Events & Internal Communication

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive Events & Internal Communication to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing internal and external events, as well as developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage and inform our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute company events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and team building activities.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, and guest list coordination.
- Develop event themes and agendas that align with company goals and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events are well-coordinated and meet objectives.
- Maintain relationships with event partners and sponsors.
- Create and manage event marketing materials and communications.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees.
- Oversee the company's internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and email updates.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communications.
- Monitor employee feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and internal communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and internal communication.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation is a plus.
- Experience in the customer experience industry is preferred.
