Senior Executive - Divisional Lean Enterprise

(BASED AT Activewear - Nawala)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assisting in implementing a key MOS initiatives whilst keeping record of the performance measures, coordinate & conduct trainings to ensure the availability of competent individuals to share the MOS practices, Lean concept in the Strategic Business Units in order to improve productivity & quality of the operational processes and build & thereby improving profitability and growth of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to Strategy formulation as the Point of Contact for the division in designing new programs & content with the support of the GLE Academy team & to provide feedback on the existing programs to improve the content, structure & delivery.
  • Analyze data, prepare KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) periodically and share with the SBU management teams on a timely basis to assist effective decision making.
  • Engage in Gemba Walks with process owners on a regular basis at the SBUs, understand the current situation and identify process deviations that require improvement.
  • Provide the necessary training required for Future Star teams & evaluate, provide feedback to the ongoing future star teams on the Gemba to improve the quality of the projects.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Textile Technology, Physical Science, Textile / Mechanical / Electronics / Chemical / Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Product Development Engineering or any other relevant field / equivalent professional qualification.

  • 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience.

  • Sound lean knowledge on MOS – RBT-F/RBT-A

  • Good communication and analytical skills.
