We are looking for a Senior Executive, Digital Marketing to join a dynamic Regional Marketing team driving high-impact campaigns across multiple markets. This is the ideal next step for someone with 3 years of hands-on experience whos ready to lead, experiment, and elevate digital performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns (SEM, SEO, social media, e-commerce).
• Run A/B testing and funnel optimization to improve customer journeys and conversions.
• Support regional sales offices on e-commerce initiatives and market competitiveness.
• Develop and manage loyalty, personalization, and engagement programs to boost retention.
• Use data analytics and dashboards to deliver actionable insights across markets.
• Explore AI tools chatbots, predictive analytics, automation to enhance campaign efficiency.

Requirement:

• 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
• Solid background in paid digital media (search, social, performance).
• Analytical thinker with dashboarding experience and a knack for turning data into insights.
• Curious about AI-driven marketing and new tools that drive automation and personalization.
• Knowledge of Sitecore or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
