Base Salary Offered: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 + Incentive
We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can generate qualified leads, improve search rankings, run paid advertising campaigns, support B2B outreach, and create high-converting marketing visuals. The ideal candidate should be able to manage SEO, Google/Meta Ads, LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, CRM tracking, and performance reporting with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.
This role is suitable for someone who understands that marketing is not only about visibility, but about generating leads, improving conversion, and supporting client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research for business growth, lead generation, and ranking improvement.
- Manage on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, headings, content optimization, and internal linking. Support off-page SEO activities including backlink building, directory listings, and authority improvement.
- Handle basic technical SEO checks including indexing, page speed, URL structure, and website health.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance regularly.
- Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance including leads, traffic, cost per lead, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize targeting, creatives, landing pages, budgets, and ad copy to improve results.
- Test different campaign angles, audiences, and offers to increase lead quality.
- Ensure marketing spend is aligned with business development goals.
B2B Outreach & Client Acquisition Support
- Generate corporate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and prospect research.
- Manage outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status through CRM tools.
- Support appointment setting and client closing activities through structured follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales/business development team to improve lead conversion.
Design & Marketing Creatives
- Create ad creatives, landing page visuals, social media assets, and campaign graphics.
- Use Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools to design high-converting marketing content.
- Ensure all creatives are aligned with campaign objectives, brand tone, and target audience.
- Support visual requirements for paid ads, social media campaigns, and lead generation funnels.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, traffic, CPL, ROI, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Track marketing KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Share actionable insights to improve lead quality, campaign efficiency, and conversion rates.
- Maintain clear reporting for SEO, paid ads, outreach, and client acquisition activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, paid ads, or B2B outreach.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and CRM tools preferred.
- Experience in lead generation and funnel building will be preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, AI agents, email tools, chatbots, or CRM systems will be an advantage.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical basics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Ability to generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold email, and online prospecting.
- Good understanding of lead funnels, landing pages, CPL, ROI, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to create high-converting ad graphics and marketing visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing tools, chatbots, AI tools, or marketing automation platforms.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and performance-tracking skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with focus on leads generated, rankings improved, and clients closed.
