Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Digital Performance Marketing

• Plan and optimize digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, social) to improve traffic and ROI
• Run A/B testing and conversion funnel optimization
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure competitive positioning across markets

Loyalty & Personalization

• Develop loyalty programs and engagement campaigns
• Use customer data and AI to drive personalization and increase retention
• Advocate for customer-first strategies in marketing initiatives

Analytics & AI Integration

• Monitor competitor activity and evaluate campaign performance
• Build dashboards to report on key metrics (acquisition, retention, conversion)
• Pilot and implement AI tools such as chatbots and predictive analytics

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (regional or multi-market preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, and social performance campaigns
• Experience in e-commerce, loyalty, or personalization strategies
• Proficient in marketing analytics and dashboard tools
• Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with CMS/e-commerce platforms like Sitecore is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
