[What you will be working on]
We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to support staff development, well-being and engagement initiatives across the organisation.
1. Overseas Development Programmes
Manage the end-to-end administration of staff overseas development programmes, including participant nominations, travel arrangements, budget tracking and claims/invoice processing. Review and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and participant experience.
2. Staff Capability Development Initiatives
Coordinate organisation-wide staff development initiatives and programmes, such as the annual staff capability development forum and other learning initiatives.
3. Employee Well-being & Engagement
Support the planning and delivery of employee well-being and engagement initiatives, including wellness classes, corporate pass programmes, health screening activities and staff engagement events to foster a healthy and engaged workforce.
4. Programme Administration & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes and initiatives. Maintain records, prepare reports and statistics, manage programme communications, and support continuous improvement of HR processes and services.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.

The Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) is a technical agency in the Ministry of Defence that harnesses advanced digital technologies to meet Singapore’s security needs.
We develop capabilities to support missions such as cyber defence, counter terrorism, and counter hostile information operations. Our technical focus includes cybersecurity, data analytics, software engineering, and cloud infrastructure and services.
CSIT was established in 2003 and is a member of the Defence Technology Community.
