Senior Executive - Customer Service

Location: Pune, India

Key Responsibilities: -

• Manage end-to-end customer service operations, ensuring timely and accurate response to customer inquiries and service requests
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Coordinate with sales, operations, pricing, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure
  smooth execution of services
• Support the sales team with client servicing, follow-ups, quotation coordination, and
  order execution
  
• Oversee order processing / shipment coordination / documentation, ensuring accuracy
  and compliance with company procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and improve service
  delivery
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service updates, delays, and
  resolutions
  

Skills,
knowledge & expertise:

• Minimum
  bachelor’s degree in business or management, master’s degree in relevant
  field is preferred
• Minimum
  3-5 years of professional and customer service experience in the field of
  general freight, freight forwarding business
• Strong
  service and customer orientation
• Convincing
  personality with a confident manner and a solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to
  work in a team and strong organizational skills
• Good written
  and spoken English as well as MS Office skills
