[What the role is]
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to support Continuing Education and Training (CET) operations and provide Personal Assistant (PA) support to the Principal of ITE College Central.
[What you will be working on]
Key responsibilities include managing course logistics and timetabling, coordinating with trainers, supporting performance reporting, marketing support, and ensuring smooth programme delivery. The role also covers calendar management, travel arrangements, event coordination, and drafting reports and correspondence.
[What we are looking for]
The ideal candidate should have strong organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital design and collaboration tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
