
[What the role is]
Your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.
[What you will be working on]
You will be responsible for administering CET courses. This involves planning, implementing and reviewing policies and processes, liaising with government agencies such as MOE and SSG on reporting and funding matters, and working closely with ITE Colleges on intake planning, contracting and payment of trainers, course evaluation and feedback, publicity, procurement, audit and other day-to-day functions. You will be required to oversee the respective website and intake application system, write and present proposals, and correspond with trainers, students and other stakeholders. In addition, you will work in teams to support ITE’s initiatives and CET projects.
[What we are looking for]
You should have relevant experience and interest in handling administrative matters, and possess strong interpersonal skills and initiative. You should also be an independent worker with strong analytical and data processing skills, effective writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work well in teams. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, experience in social media marketing, and proficiency in Power Automate and RPA or coding will be an advantage.
